Ni\u015fasta \u00e7o\u011funlukla end\u00fcstriyel ama\u00e7lar i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p>Saf yenilenebilir do\u011fal bir polimer olan ni\u015fastan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok uygulama alan\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bir polisakkarit olarak \u00f6nemi, dekstroz, glikoz, fruktoz, maltoz ve sorbitol \u00fcretimine yol a\u00e7an monomerik ve oroligomerik bile\u015fenlerine par\u00e7alanabilmesidir. Asl\u0131nda ni\u015fasta, \u015feker kam\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve pancar \u015fekerine dayanan tatland\u0131rma end\u00fcstrisi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir malzeme haline
