The Falling Film Tubular Evaporator consists of one or more vertical tubular heat exchangers with vapor separator, condenser and pumps.
Use of falling film evaporator with multiple effects ensures high energy efficiency & is ideal for concentration of heat sensitive products, with low scaling tendency. Multi-effect falling film evaporators with TVR as well as MVR are designed and manufactured at Anka Makine`s manufacturing centers.
Operating costs can also be reduced by using a thermal vapor recompressor (TVR) or a mechanical vapor recompressor (MVR), or a combination of both.
